Assumption of Virgin Mary and Grape Blessing Picnic

Every year on the second Sunday in August, St. Sarkis Armenian Apostolic Church hosts a Grape Blessing Picnic. The picnic starts with grape blessing and Antasdan Service, which is the blessing of the four corners of the world. After the blessing, the attendees enjoy a traditional Armenian barbeque while they enjoy music and fellowship. Our Ladies' Guild always delights us with their homemade Armenian pastries.
